Adopted Friends
The special ones. Sometimes it's their circumstances, sometimes it's not really anything you can quantify but they become very special to you. During my tenure as director of Pups Without Partners I asked the same questions that many of you have...give a dog back...care at any cost. I'll never understand but I'm glad there's a safety net. And I Love happy endings!

Andi Mae
Little short legged Andi! She was soooo cute. Andi found the life she had been waiting for and a new friend to snuggle. Thanks for giving Andi the soft life!

MIDGE Mike's Midge
Midge was turned in to the local animal control office because her owner could no longer care for her. She was 13. That was a year ago.
What a wonderful year for this "old woman". First in the loving hands of her foster mom who said "She can just stay forever you know". Then when someone came along last year at Woody's Walk and fell in love with Midge, she let her go. Midge's 14th birthday is next week (July 2003). She celebrates having embarked on a new adventure with her Moms as they move to a new city. I visited her last week and will never forget the look of pure joy as she ran in the back yard. Midge found love and caring people to fill her days. I pray they have many more days filled with adventure to share.
PHANTOM Phantom Knight
I've always loved Phantom. When I worked in his race kennel he was always one of my favorites. When he returned briefly to the adoption kennel it was like seeing an old friend. Thanks to some greyt adoption folks, Phantom has a wonderful new life. I wish you well my friend, I only want the very best for you.
