CONGRATULATIONS!
NOW also goes to my Oldest son! T.J.!
He is only a freshman and this is his first year in track and field, but he has decided to set some VERY HIGH goals for himself to have to accomlish this year! He decided he wanted to try to receive his "letter" THIS YEAR! In order to do that he had to run a mile in "UNDER" 4 minutes! He has worked extremely hard for this. He is trying to experience everything possible all in THIS year! I told him that this is not possible all in his first year! But he seems to be accomplishing EVERYTHING he has attempted and/or set his mind to do! And with FLYING colors, I might add!
He runs the 400, 200, long jump, high jump, and the hurdles. And he has received
1st place!
in ALL of this! And has been asked/and wants/plans to run varsity NEXT year! |
