| Ace Industrial Supply will hire anyone who applies for sales training. They will then give that new trainee a list of customers to call from cards that are bought from Dun & Bradstreet to cold call with a list of 3 or 4 items with a sheet that the new trainee will read from.If the contact has no interest in these items,the trainee will then make notes on the card such as date,name of contact and items pitched to contact and will then move on to next card to call.If the contact does have any interest in any of the items pitched ,the trainee will notify the person training them with a signal and that trainer will then tell the trainee what to say from then on.Of course you cannot hear the other person in the background because the telephones have whats called a "Confidenser" attached to the phone which blocks out background noise including voices.If the new trainee cannot follow the help of the trainer ,the trainer will then take over the call . |

| With these and a few other items pitched at prices that are hard to say no to, the contact is now interested and then- "what else you got" The salesperson now has to get you to buy something where he or she can make a commission on because the items that got your interest will not make then any commission due to low cost given to you.So now he will suck you in with items that are mostly made overseas but never tell you that they are or try to make the item seem better than anything on the market by over pitching that item.If the contact only wants the item first pitched which is the item they will not make commission on they will tell you that a verifier will contact you to make sure all shipping information is correct but you will never hear from them because no money is made. |
