We refused to make a payoff to Osan town patrol and were placed "forever" off-limits. Osan's OSI refused to interview us because we can link town patrol's corruption to Osan leadership accepting payoffs to ignore open prostitution and human trafficking in the Songtan bar district. Lt. Jason Davis, former head of town patrol and designated fall guy, was senteced to only 2 years for related crimes. |
