Please do not wait till the Oct. 10, 2009 due date. last year a rider personally had her entry form postmarked the due date and it did not get done! do not trust the USPS.
Host Hotel is Microtel, Single $tba, Double & Suite is $tba, To Reserve please call 406-586-3797 , Darren is the contact and tell them its for the Halloween Bash.
Target Race Rules: Rider must compete both days and will designate from which class they want the time used. Must be the same class both days . The person who has the times closest to each other from the two days will win the Target Prize. Entry fee for the Target Race is $10. You MUST be present to win. Look for some big surprizes!!

Ground Rules
Dogs must be on leashes at all times. No dogs near holding area and gate.
No smoking in Arena, No Alcohlic beverages during event.
No horses will be tied and left unattended in holding area, Please keep alleyway clear
Show Rules
Dress Code: Hat, WESTERN Collared long sleeve Buttoned down shirt, & cowboy boots.
Hat must stay on the entire time: Hat fine $10 for adult, $5 for youth to be donated to arena workers.
Running out of turn & running wrong horse in draw will be a disqualification
No horse will be run more then once in any division except for immediate family members may ride only twice in same event.
Promoters decision is final and also reserves the right to refuse any entry.
Age is as of day of event.
Classes and Divisions
Open 3D with 1 second splits if we have 44 or less riders
Open 4D with fast time, 1/2 second, 1 second, 2 second splits with 45 or more riders
Youth 3D Jackpot 18 & Under- 1 second splits
2D Jackpot Poles: 2 second split NEW
Youth Pole Bending, for rider 10 & under, 1st place Trophy and full size ribbons to all each day.!
Late Entries $10 per rider, Late entries close at 10am on Sat and 10:30 am on Sunday. Cash Only.
Stalls
2009- Stall reservations will be done along with your pre-entry. Must be paid before you arrive. No early arrival or stall fee will be added.
Costume Class and Costume Party
Saturday Night Oct 24, 2009, Everyone is welcome to our 4th Annual Costume Party . We will have a Horse Costume Class. Two divisions 14 & under 1st place will recieve a iPOD Shuffle donated by Radio Shack and 15 and over . $50 to Winner! & Prizes
Dinner Special at the Long Horn Cafe from 5pm to 7:30pm. Free drinks at Costume Party.

Entries are due Postmarked Oct. 10, 2009, NO Refunds. Vet outs with vet release minus office fee , NO Vet Outs/ or REFUNDS after the 1st horse runs in your class, you may replace another horse but you must tell secretary's what you are doing and what horse you are changing.
Return check fee $25.00
Saturdays events will begin at 8:30 am sharp with time onlys
Sundays events will begin at 9:30am sharp
New! Friday night practice & Jackpot, 4pm to 6:45 time onlys, Arena is closed up until 3pm. Open arena (no barrels) from 3pm-4pm. Buy time only tickets at gate, please bring cash, small bills.
