The cute guy: Wow! I love your guys� shirts! Yours (point at Jennifer�s) really because it just boosted my self-esteem.
Jennifer: Uh.. Thanks J Dorks are hot and well, you are very cute so you must be a dork!
Kelly: Yeah, you are really cute!
The two girls shop around a little more and the guy follows them around, making conversation and what not. At check out, Jennifer notices that he has a ring on his left hand, but it doesn�t look like an engagement ring. Kelly really thought the guy was cute and wanted to become better friends with him. Jennifer finally talks her into letting her go back and getting his number for Kelly. So, Jennifer walks back into the store and asks to buy the DVD Ten Things I Hate About You. When she asks the cute guy for it, this is what he said:
The cute guy: I don�t think I have ten things I hate about you, but I can name one thing I do like about you�
Jennifer: Uh� Alright�
The cute guy: *chuckles* Here it is!
*they talk up to the counter*
Jennifer: My friend thinks that you are really cute (he starts to blush) and was wondering if she could get your phone number.
The cute guy: Wow, I�m really flattered� But I�m getting married next month! Tell your friend that I am
truly flattered and she�s really awesome, but I�m already taken.
Jennifer: Oh well, congrats! Hope everything goes good for you and your fianc�!
The cute guy: Thanks! Don�t forget to tell your friend that she�s awesome!
Well, Kelly didn�t end up getting the number like she wanted, but at least she let Jennifer go and try!
Moral or the story: If you really want a guys number, you should go for it! The worst thing he could say is no.. Or that he�s going to get married�. Whatever :)
