Title: Dill Pickled Okra

1 kg Okra pods this is equal to 2 lb American
--------------------------SPICES--------------------------
A few celery leaves,
1 Clove of garlic, peeled
_ and split
1 Sprig dill
2 Slices Pimento
----------------------PICKLE SOLUTION----------------------
2 2/3 Cups water
1 2/3 Cups white vinegar
2 tb Salt
Scrub okra, pack into 4 jars.
In each jar insert the spices.
In a saucepan bring the pickle solution to the boil.
Stir well and pour boiling liquid over okra and seal
tightly. Let stand 3 weeks before serving.
Note: One small hot chill may be placed in each jar if
desired.
