Title: Mock Crab Cakes

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Grated zucchini
1 c Italian bread crumbs
2 Eggs, beaten 1 t Crab spice or to taste -Grated onion, optional
-grated celery, optional

Grate zucchini. Mix all ingredients together.
Fry in skillet until browned on both sides.
