Title: Corned Beef Salad

3 oz Gelatin, lemon
2 c Water; boiling
1 c Salad dressing
1 tb Sugar
12 oz Corned beef
3/4 c Diced celery
1/2 Green pepper; chopped
1/2 Onion; grated
1 tb Lemon juice
1 c Pecans; chopped
1/2 ts Salt
3 Eggs; hard-cooked, diced
Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water. Chill. When
set, beat until foamy. Blend in salad dressing and
beat well. Add sugar. Fold in other ingredients.
Pour into mold and chill. Cut into squares when
congealed.
