Ham Quiche - Pork - Charlie's Corner

Title: Ham Quiche

Yield: 1 Quiche (9"

1 Pastry; for 9" quiche dish
-or piepan
1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Flour, all-purpose
4 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Milk
1 c Ham, fully cooked; diced
1 c Cheese, Cheddar; shredded
1 c Cheese, Swiss; shredded

Line a 9" quiche dish or piepan with pastry; trim
excess pastry around edges. Fold edges under and
flute. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes; remove from
oven, and gently prick with a fork. Bake 5 minutes
longer. Let cool on rack.

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs, and milk; mix
thoroughly. Stir in ham and cheese. Pour into quiche
shell, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
