
Liver Treats
1 lb Chicken livers
1 1/2 c Cornmeal
2 Eggs
2 T Molasses--or any syrup
2 Large cloves garlic
Combine all wet ingredients first in a food processor,
then rest of ingredients, blend until uniform in color.
Pour into baking pan and bake at 400, until it pulls
from the sides or a knife comes out clean. Cut into
bite size pieces. Store in refrigerator.
