MM: Scalloped Oysters

Title: Scalloped Oysters

1 pt Oysters
2 c Cracker crumbs
1/2 ts Salt
ds Pepper
1/2 c Butter; melted
1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 c Milk

Drain oysters. Combine cracker crumbs, salt, pepper,
and butter; sprinkle a third in a buttered 1-quart
casserole dish, and cover with a layer of oysters.
Repeat layers, reserving a little of the crumb mixture
for topping. Add Worcestershire sauce to milk; pour
over casserole. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
