Title: Oven Barbecued Caribou Ribs

2 lb Caribou ribs
1 tb Vegetable oil
Salt & Pepper
2 tb Brown sugar
16 oz Tomato sauce
2 tb Vinegar
2 ts Prepared mustard
1 ts Louisiana Hot Sauce
Place ribs in a large oven proof dish. Brush lightly
with cooking oil; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake at
325-350 degrees until fairly well done, turning once.
Combine the remaining ingredients with the tomato
sauce; pour over ribs. Bake until done, basting
occasionally with sauce.
