Baked Custard

Vegetable oil spray
2 1/2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup sugar
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon table sherry
few drop yellow food coloring
1 dash nutmeg
Preheat oven to 325 F. Lightly spray 6 custard cups with
vegetable oil spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, sugar, egg white,
vanilla, sherry and food coloring. Mix thoroughly. Pour
into prepared custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place custard cups in a pan of hot water and bake 50
minutes or until knife inserted near center of custard
comes out clean.
