Title: No Peek Beef Casserole

2 lb Stew beef, -cut into 1 -inch pieces
1 1-3/8-ounce envelope -dry onion soup mix
1/2 c Red wine
1 10 1/2-ounce can cream of -mushroom soup
1 4-ounce can whole -mushrooms

Combine all ingredients in CROCK-POT. Stir together
well Cover and cook on Low 8 to 12 hours. Serve over
noodles or rice. (High: 3 to 4 hours). Serves 4.
