Title: Chicken & Bbq Sauce

1 Chicken; whole
1 c Ketchup
1 c Cola; regular not diet

Prepare the chicken for cooking like you normally
would. IE remove any parts from the cavity, wash
inside and out, pat dry, salt and pepper inside cavity
if you like. We use Luzianne Cajun Seasoning. We also
like onion. so I chop up an avialable onion. I then
put 1/2 of the chopped onion inside the cavity along
with the seasoning. Mix the ketchup and cola. Place in
the pot and pour the ketchup mix over the chicken. Put
the remaining onion in the pot and sprinkle your
favorite seasoning over the chicken. Put lid on pot,
cook on low for 8 to 12 hours depending on your busy
day or night. We enjoy the sauce over rice and round
out the meal with a green vegetable.
