Title: Golden Chicken/Rice Squares

Yield: 6 Servings
2 tb Onion; mince
1/4 c Butter or oleo
1/3 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Ground black pepper
1/4 ts Poultry seasoning
1 1/4 c Chicken broth
1/2 c Milk
2 c Cooked chicken or turkey;
-chop
2 c Cooked rice
1/4 c Green pepper; chop
1/4 c Pimiento; chop
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
2/3 c Cereal crumbs; buttered
Cook onions in butter until soft. Stir in flour,
seasonings, broth and milk. Cook, stirring, until
thickened and smooth. Combine chicken, rice, veggies
and eggs. Stir in sauce. Pour into a buttered 10x6x2
baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350~ for
about 30 minutes, or until set. Cut into squares to
