Grill temperature Low

Using caramelized garlic instead of butter on bread
saves lots of calories-- it also tastes delicious!
Caramelized garlic can be substituted for fresh garlic
in most recipes. Add a few heads of garlic whenever
there's room for them on the grill. Cover the cooked
heads with a little olive oil, cover well, and
refrigerate for later use.

Slice off 1/4 inch from the bottom of each head of
garlic( this makes it easer to remove the garlic after
it has been caramelixed.)

Rub the garlic with olive oil and place on the
grill, cut side down. Cook very slowley, allowing the
natural sugars to caramelize.(The total cooking time
should be between 45 and 60 minutes.) Half way
through, cover the garlic with the foil.
