2 tb Thyme leaves
2 tb Sugar
4 ts Salt
4 ts Ground allspice
4 ts Coarse ground black pepper
2 ts Ground cayenne pepper
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Ground nutmeg

Shake all ingredients until well blended.
Rub dry mixture over all surfaces of meats before cooking.
Haven't tried this yet, but just found it in our
grocery's cooking magazine 6/94
