CAMPFIRE POTATOES ~

5 md Potatoes -- peeled and thinly - sliced
1 md Onion -- sliced
6 tb Butter or margarine
1/3 c Cheddar cheese -- shredded
2 tb Fresh parsley -- minced
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
Salt -- to taste
Pepper -- to taste
1/3 c Chicken broth

This is a no-fuss way to make a meal. The onion,
cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce combine to
make a super side dish for any grilled meet. Plus,
cooking in the foil makes cleanup a breeze.

Place the potatoes and onion on a lg piece of
heavy-duty foil (about 20" x 20"); dot with butter.
Combine the cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce
(pronounced: Woustershire), salt and pepper; sprinkle
over potatoes. Fold foil up around potatoes and add
broth. Seal the edges of foil well. Grill, covered,
over medium coals for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
