NOTES : Simmered shrimp with a barbecue flavor from
Worcestershire sauce.
Although the shrimp is not barbecued, the Worcestershire sauce
gives it a complex, almost smoky flavor.
To keep the sauce emulsified, shake the skillet
constantly while the shrimp cook.
Serve with plenty of French bread to sop up the rich sauce.
