Artichoke and Parmesan Dip

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 can drained artichokes -- 14-oz.
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 clove garlic mashed with
1 pinch salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 chopped scallion
hot pepper sauce -- to taste
French bread slices
pita chips

In a food processor, blend the following until smooth:
artichokes, Parmesan, mayonnaise, plain yogurt, garlic,
lemon juice and scallion. Add hot pepper sauce to taste.
Serve with French bread slices or pita chips.
