Title: Beef Sausage Stacks

6 oz Cream cheese
2 ts Horseradish; drained
1 ts Parsley; chopped
2 tb Onion; grated
1 lb Sausage, smoked beef; thinly
-sliced
Combine cream cheese; horseradish, parsley, and onion.
Mix well. For each "cylinder" spread 7 slices of beef
for each cylinder. Wrap in waxed paper and chill 3
hours or more. When ready to serve, cut each stack
into 6 wedges.
