Title: Coyote Buffalo Balls

1 lb Hot italian sausage
1 Diced habanero 4 Diced serrano chiles
(original recipe called for 3 Jalapenos)
4 Minced cloves of garlic

Add diced ingredients to meat. Mix and then form
balls. Cover the balls in #3 Firehouse bar-be-que
sauce. (original recipe calls for buffalo wings
sauce.. but BBQ sauce is thicker..and tastes much
better!) bake at 350 in oven until done.
