1 lb Hamburger
1 lb Sausage meat; SPICY
8 oz Velveeta cheese
ds Garlic powder
ds Onion salt
ds Tobasco sauce
Crumble sausage and hamburger together into frying pan
and fry out the fat. Drain off grease. Combine meat
mixture with spices and cheese and stir over low heat
until cheese melts into everything and mixture is well
combined. Spread on "party rye" slices and run
briefly under the broiler (3 or 4 minutes) before
serving.
