Washu

Washu, the evil young scientist who created Ryoko is actually much older than most of the people around, about   20,000+  years old.  She comes in the show in the middle of the battle with Kagato.  Washu is considered one of the "sexy" along side Ryoko but i believe that although people may like Ryoko more Washu deserves more credit because she is alot smarter!
