We are a small kennel in Ladysmith, B.C. Canada. We breed one or two litters a year, with each mating carefully planned. Our vision for Firesong is an all-around versatile Aussie.
The following are our goals for breeding a litter: 1) Health Parents have hips checked at 2 years of age OFA. Eyes are certified (CERF) annually, full dentition. Puppies are in-home raised.2) Excellent Temperament As Aussies can be initially reserved with strangers, we work to properly socialize the puppies with other dogs, children, adults, and a variety of different settings so they can confidently go out into the world.3) Intelligent Eager to please, like learning challenges, with basic herding instinct, and love to work.4) Body Build Medium build, moderate bone, and good structure.5) Have a great sense of fun. |
