"I just learned from NAPAS that Connecticut and North Dakota have agreed to sign onto the pro-ADA Minnesota amicus brief in Garrett. That's 14!

"Also, NAPAS reports that altho the official sign on date was today, Minnesota has agreed to allow states to sign on through this Wednesday, so there may be even more to come."
