The following update is from Barry Taylor, Legal Advocacy Director, Equip for Equality:

"I have learned from NAPAS that the Illinois AG's office has contacted the MN AG's office and asked to see a draft of the "pro-ADA" amicus brief in Garrett. Apparently, the contact from the IL AG was "extremely non-commital" as to whether Illinois will sign onto the brief, but I thought it was a positive sign that they requested a copy to review. I will be contacting the IL AG's office next week to get an update on their evaluation process and will report further."
