| Flay and Yavanna; Witches in Love! |

| For those of you who know the facts about the Witches of Discworld (that they're ALL WOMEN) and who have at all been paying attention, the thought of two Witches being married might seem odd. "Doesn't that mean they're..." YES. Exactly. Flay and Yavanna are LESBIANS. This hs no effect on the people who play them (Yavanna's player is a man, for example, and I'm me) but on Discworld same-sex marriage is perfectly legal, and not uncommon. The Coven of Two (as Flay and Yavanna were declaired at their wedding) are accepted warmly by the rest of the Guild, and have a very, VERY large extended family in many directions. They even have grandchildren...progeny of their adopted daughter, Kitiara. I know I've drawn quite a few pics of just them together...because they have SO many moments that are just SO CUTE...and so they inspire me. (: So to anyone looking at this page who has a problem with same-sex relationships...poo on you, I say! This is FICTION! |

| The pictures above are, in no particular order, snapshots taken from Flay and Yavanna's life together. I know that there are other people in the mass pile of snuggles...but it was at this sleepover that Flay and Yavanna very first met, so I HAD to include it. And just so you know, yes that portrait of the lovely lone witch IS of Yavanna, as seen through the Eyes of Lurve. Plus, we have some more pictures of Yavanna and Flay snugglin' at home, and celebrating Flay's birthday at a quiet spot under a willow in AM. Also, a picture of some poor yokel getting killed deadder than dead by the Coven of Two, and finally a shot of them flying blissfully above it all. |
