| While Chibi Usa is good friends with all of the Sailor Senshi, there are a few that she is closer with. This section gives a brief detail of her relationships with these people. |
| Usagi Tsukino: While Chibi Usa tends to fight a lot with her mother's past self, you can tell that underneath all the arguments there is a lot of love. Usagi has proved this many times throughout the course of Sailor Moon. For instance, at the end of the SS season, Chibi Moon was knocked off the top of a high tower and Sailor Moon jumped off after her in an attempt to save her. Chibi Usa and Usagi are just like sisters, they have a cute relationship. |

| Mamoru Chiba: Chibi Usa is very close with her father's past self. She seems to absolutely adore and admire him, which is cute. Mamoru watches over Chibi Usa and keeps her from harm, acting kind of like a guardian. He seems to understand Chibi Usa better than anyone else. |

| Hotaru Tomoe/Sailor Saturn: Chibi Usa and Hotaru met in the S season, and quickly became best friends. Chibi Usa didn't think it was right of Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto to treat Hotaru the way they did just because she was Sailor Saturn, whom they considered evil. At the end of the S season, when Hotaru turned back into a baby, Chibi Usa was devastated. Their friendship was put on hold until the Stars season, when Hotaru came back, grown back into a 13 year old. |
