Wiseman/Nemsis: Phantom Dictator was exiled to Nemsis and morphed with the planet. Power hungery (what villain isn't) he wanted the Silver Crystal to either use it or destroy it. He even went back in time to achieve his goal. He finally was killed by Rini and Sailor Moon.
Black Lady: Rini turned evil under Wiseman's control. Rini took on the body of a grown up and brain-washed Darien (can we say easily brainwashed). Black Lady stole both Silver Crystals and put yet another Black Poison Crystal into the Earth before her reign of terror was stopped by Pluto's death.
Diamond: All he wanted was Neo-Queen Serenity and Earth to decay. He thought it was unnatural for people not to grow old and peace to reign. So he decided to destroy Crystal Tokyo and the Silver Imperium Crystal so that Earth would return to it's natural course. Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Moon killed him.
Sapphire: Willing to follow his brother to the end. He suspects Wiseman does not have their best interests at heart but before he can find out more he's brain-washed by Wiseman and then killed by Diamond. (Hmmm... Darien and Saphire....I wonder if the hair has something to do with the brain-washing)
Emerald: Tried to kill the Sailor Senshi with Achirl and Chirl but was thwarted by Darian. She got special hands from Wiseman and tried to kill defenseless Rini. Was killed for her troubles by Tuxedo Mask. (Also the manga hinted at her loving Diamond)
Chirl and Achirl: Almost destroyed the Sailor Senshi but are finished off by Tuxedo Mask.
Rubius: Took the captured Sailor Senshi back to Diamond. Tried to kill Sailor Moon and Rini but Tuxedo Mask came to their rescue. Wiseman killed him for running away when it looked like he was going to die.
Catzi: Captured Sailor Mars for Rubius. Immediatly after was pulverized by Sailor Moon.
Berite: Captured Sailor Mercury for Rubius. Was then killed by Sailor Moon
Prizma: Captured Sailor Jupiter for Rubius. (guess what happened next) Sailor Moon then destroyed her.
Avery: Didn't capture Sailor Venus. and was killed by Sailor Moon. (totally worthless, poor avery)
