"Princess Emeraude's prayers are what supports the world of Cephiro, which is why she's also known a the "pillar" of Cephiro. In fact Cephiro's condition is simply a reflection of Princess Emeraude's heart. At this point, Princess Emeraude isn't able to pray for Cephiro's peace and safty, which is why there are so many monsters and evil spirits running around Cephiro causing strife, confusion, and other really annoying stuff. Princess Emeraude isn't quite as old as Clef, but she's still ancient, even though she looks like a little girl..."

What I think: What comes immediatly to mind is pure. She seems very sheltered from what people are capable of. Emeraude is fragile and has the eyes of an innocent. She has the power to change the world and she chooses to make it better for everyone. She's a little to sweet for my taste.
