Darude spinning up hell @ the Uber Fabulous Party we attended!!
We had the pleasure of attending a venue party hosted by Late Nights featuring Darude (aka Ville Virtanen)a wee bit ago and I must say, he played some helacious music! Not only was the music thumpin but he was most the gracious & polite of famous people! I'm just completely amazed with the way he markets himself. He knows exactly how to get to the people that listen to his music, as well as the people that don't. He recorded our voices for a track to be later introduced (that I must hunt down & have!!!) and graciously took time to accept the scores of people just wanting to say thanks for great music and for that I will listen & pass on the word. You can also hear some of these tunes in the backgrounds for advertisements.This is some awesome music folks!
I wandered over to his website as instructed (well actually, as written on my friend's arm! LOL) and jammed around my kitchen to the tunes that you can listen to there. Some of my favorite Darude tunes include "Sandstorm", "Feel the beat", & the remix of the ATB "Fields of Love". His debut album "Before the Storm" was released in his home country of Finland in September 2000 and I highly encourage everybody to run out and snatch this music up! His bio states about his music, "It can be heard on the radio, television and especially in the clubs - all around the world. Darude�s music is universal, it doesn�t matter who you are or where you are from, you can follow Darude." I like that! Hope you all wander over n pick up some FEEEEEBulous tunes! From the website not only can u get a wunderful selection of tunes, but u can also find Nokia ring tones and greeting messages!!!! A techno ring tone!?! I'm kicking myself because I don't have one of those kinds of cell phone!!!
