Helois/Pegasus is the Guardian of the Lands of Dreams.
Pegasus was put in a cage by Maghtena. He looks for a girl that is a sailor princess to set him free from the cage. At first he thought that sailor moon was the one to set him free. Then he figured out that it was sailor chibi moon. When Rini had a beautiful dream she met pegasus in the crystal forest. Pegasus asked her not to tell anybody about her beautiful dream she had. When there was a solar eclipse a mysterious circus tent appeared. The dead moon circus wanted to catch Pegasus. Tiger eyes, fish eyes, and hawk eyes had to find people with beautiful dreams because Pegasus only lives in beautiful dreams and not the real world. The dead moon circus knocked the dream mirrors out and looked in them. Sailor chibi moon and Pegasus fell in love. (Sort of weird, a horse that flies and a sailor scout fall in love with each other)
