| April 13, 2006- jeez >_> i'm such a bad project founder... but YES! i have finally updated and as most of you know, HYDE IS HAVING 2 U.S. CONCERTS THIS SUMMER (or at LEAST 2 i should say ^_^) so we have a new goal now people~! We would like to have the cranes delivered to hyde personally at one of his lives by either me, Emi, or a representative that I select at one of the LIVES. Good idea, ne? SO, please check the WHEN? section as the FINAL deadline is posted there. That info is VERY VERY IMPORTANT to this project so make sure you read EVERY detail on that page. A new official count will be up soon, and at that time expect a new update! ^__^ Until next time F'Ans~! Ja~! ~Emi November 28, 2005 oi, sorry for the lack of updates everyone... I guess this project was on a hiatus of sorts. ^_^; suta and i have both been rather busy and distracted with school and work. i've even been so stressed that i've quit my job for the time being and i'm searching for a less stressful one. but just to let everyone know... this project has NOT been forgotten or cancelled.... i refuse to let any L'Arc fan waste their time, effort and money on something that i don't plan to finish.... that's just BLASPHEMY!!! A new crane count will be up soon.... I have more frequent access to a computer now that i have a laptop (whom i've dubbed "Mustang") to call my own so now i can update the site during the week, while suta can do the weekends. new stuff should be up really soon and since i'll be on my winter break soon i can actually take the time and fold some cranes myself ^____^ yay~! so until next time F'Ans~! Ja~! ~Emi October 16, 2005 We're halfway there X3!! We got a couple packages of cranes in a while ago, so...sorry for procrastinating on the update ^_^;; We still have the unmarked package on our hands, if you sent us some cranes, please check the past updates page so we can find out who that package belongs to. ~Suta October 6, 2005 Yay~! So finally we have a good amount packages coming in. ^_^ thanks so much for all your help everyone! Our new crane count is up and we are at a grand total of 1,485~! The one problem is that one of the packages is "unclaimed"; by that I mean that there was no return address or name on the package. here's a description of the package: ~ there were 72 cranes in it ~ it was shipped from Philadelphia, PA in a yellow envelope ~ the cranes have the initials DCBS If you or someone you know is the person who sent this package, please contact either me or suta so that we can add your name to the list of the project participants when we send off the packages to TR. If you are just uncomfortable giving us your real name, it's ok, please just contact us telling us this so we can at least give you credit through a screen/nickname. ^_^ So keep the cranes coming you guys! You're all doing a great job and I can't wait until we have our quota. I have decided as well that the new deadline will be October 31, 2005. Please have your cranes postmarked by then. I decided to extend it this long since i've recieved quite a few e-mails from people saying that they just found the project and would like to help as well... Keep checking the site for updates! Since packages have been coming in regularly there should be updates frequently. ^__^ Until next time, F'Ans~! ~Emi September 30, 2005- We finally recieved our first box of cranes ^_^...but since it was on the second to last day of the month, we are extending the due date. The new deadline hasn't been confirmed yet, but hopefully we will have that information up in the next week or so. -Suta September 17, 2005- Just a quick little notice for right now. We have recieved some e-mail concerning sending things other than the cranes to Tofu Record and the members of L'arc. It's already asking enough to get them to come out here to preform without the additional requests ^^;; -Suta September 1, 2005- *le~whee* site is officially open today!!! ^___^ about 95% of all the sections are completed so go ahead and check it out for all the information on this project! go ahead and tell others about this site and project too... but one thing i ask all of you... XD GANBATTE!!! ~Emi August 31, 2005- ok, site is due to officially open tomorrow! ^_^ yay! thanks to everyone who loved this idea and for already getting started on this... for all the details on the project please check all the sections of the site. everything will be explained in a nice and easy way there. i hope we can reac our goal and that L'Arc~en~Ciel will fly their fine musical japanese bums back out to the U.S. for another go! so, in a very Laruku way i must ask you, "ARE YOU READY?" ~Emi |
