even know him.(i.e he throughs love letters in the trash.*manga*)

Origin:Galaxia's Starseed
Chibi Chibi is the mysteriously
cute character, she is not a starlight but appears in
SailorMoon Sailor Stars with them however.
Although it appears she is Usagi or
Chibimoon's daughter she is not. She is Galaxia's Starseed.
All she can say is "Chibi Chibi" she
can mimic the last words in
people's sentences too,however.
