One sure thing Spinning, twirling, dancing colors, thoughts, sounds These are things she sees and they know no bounds She watches love She smiles, heart all a-flutter She watches him She melts, emotions all a-clutter She holds her dearest, close together, as the blood runs red Streaming down her cheeks are tears But relax, it is not death She weeps because in spilt blood They are together bound She weeps for joy, he is smiling Love is finally found Opening her eyes Lying in a warm dark bed She turns to see him lying there soft curls lay in abandon round his head She smiles and pulls him closer He stirs and snuggles deep Then she holds him closer and closes her eyes to sleep.
