Dragonfear

I smell blood in the air
mingled with fear,
And the stench of mortal sweat.

I wickedly grin,
my black scales gleaming,
acid dripping from my jaws,
The murder I cause,
an unspeakable sin.

I laugh at the waves crashing on them
wave after wave of bone chilling fear.
My caustic breath, destroying all,
 laughing as they flee and beg,
even too afraid to shed a tear.

I will rule them,
they will fear me, if they live,
I will make them worship me.
The power is mine,
dare defy? Prepare to die.
