Angel's Fall

I am a fallen angel, 
Doomed to wander alone.
Fell from heaven, promised to Lucifer 
As I lost my wings
And spiraled down.

On earth I fell,
Not in hell, but all the same,
To my once angel eyes.
I fell as an angel
And woke up mortal
Much to my surprise

Alone I was, 
Alone I wandered
Doomed to suffer.
But then, I saw you. 
With one look, I saw your soul,
Deep in you're gray-blue eyes,
That is how I knew
You were my one love true.

I no longer care of my past,
I'll build a future with you
When I thought I had no chance, 
I found you, My other half.
Now I see, When I look in your eyes,
I am no longer damned to solitude.
