| Chapter 5 As I step off, I feel someone touch my hand. I see that it is him. Smiling with that shy face of his. The combination of his face and his smile is incredible, but real. "Thanks" "Welcome" I don't know what came over me, as if someone commanded me to say something. But the weird thing is that I didn't object, no I didn't, I didn't even care. I didn't mind and now I stare, she does too. We just stared and stared wondering what the other was thinking. Watching every detail that was on our face. We didn't have pimples nor wrinkles. We were saiyan and for saiyan's age last longer, meaning they live longer. Which is a good thing because one can keep their young looks longer. So the age difference between us was something you could not tell. I head something or someone. It took me a few moments to realize who it was, Reda. I was mad, mad that we were interrupted, but why? I knew Bra for such a long time and I never felt this way about her before, not until today. "HURRAY! YES!" "What?" Goten and Bra asked annoyed. "YES! LOOK!" They looked into the screen she was pointing to. In the screen they could see two figures run back and forth around in a circle. It accrued to them that those two figures could only be them, Bra and Goten. Reda hadnt told them she was going to record it on tape. Both saw on the screen every little detail of what happened. From the start, to the finish. Both started to blush, remembering what had happened. "IT WAS A TIE!" Reda shouted out, as she hugged them both. "What do you mean?" Goten and Bra both had their mouths open. "I mean it was a TIE!" Reda repeated half annoyed. Goten and Bra where still shocked. Reda was going to have to explain, in detail for those two. "Well, you see it's very simple. Both of the motorcycle's have to go at the same speed and distance. In order to determine weather or not they are the same. With the help of you two, I was able to see if my invention worked! I was correct! I didn’t mess up! OH, THANK YOU!" "umm...welcome, I guess" Bra, sweat drop. "yeah welcome" Goten, sweat drop. "So anyway what where you guys talking about?" Reda said as she was still looking at the screen, then slightly turned to look at them. "Huh?" Bra was startled by the sudden change in the subject. "Well you guys where neck and neck most of the time. Plus, the monitor shows your jaws moving!" "oh, we were just talking about the contest tomorrow.....right Bra?" Goten was feeling a little uneasy. "Yeah, that's it!" Bra replied, shaking her head up and down. "oh really?" Reda said uncertain. "YES" both said at the same time. "Well then I know one thing for sure!" "What?" they asked relieved that she let the subject go. "You two did such a good job, that I think you both should assist me in the presentation tomorrow." "US?" hoping they didn't hear that. "Sure, I mean it's no different from today." No response came from them. "Alright then it's settled! Bulma, Vegeta, Trunks, lets go!" "but...." To late. Reda did not hear them. She had already left to join the others. They were left there. Bra and Goten were standing 2 feet away from each other, in front of the ocean, with the wind blowing towards their faces. Making their hair flap against the wind. Bra was wearing black pants, a white blouse that had the sleeves up to the elbows. With her shirt open two buttons form the top, you could see a silver necklace that had an empty circle-shaped pendent with wings on each side of it. The thing that Goten did not get was why there was nothing in the circle, like a diamond or crystal, but there was nothing, nothing at all. It was like a bag with nothing inside. Goten was wearing a light sweater that was black and had two white stripes running down each arm. With light brown pants. Bra could see the outline of a necklace around his neck, but could not see what pendent was attached to the end of it. "That was some good driving there" (Bra) "You didn't do bad yourself either" (Goten) "You could have beat me, you know" (Bra) "No I couldn’t have, it was a tie" (Goten) "Sure" Bra said with sarcasm. "The thing is that my sweater is all wet now, from the waves that splashed me." Goten slowly took off his sweater. Now he was left with a white short sleeve muscle shirt on. Bra could now see the necklace clearly. His necklace was about the same length as hers. It was silver with one diamond at the end of it. It looked like a ball because of it’s circular structure from far away, but up close you could tell the difference. Bra tried not to gasp or make a face, but it was going to be very difficult. She could see the outlines and curves of each muscle. He had such a great body. Even though she learned from her father that it was natural for a saiyan to have a healthy body, but one that cared about it would do more than enough to keep it in shape. Like her father who had dedicated himself to do more and show off in the process. Even though she was thinking of something else the image before her was still stuck in her mind and she couldn’t hold it in much longer. "Oh!" Bra, gasped. "What?" (Goten) "What? Bra?" "Is it that bad?" "What? Nothing! No! No!" (Bra) "Thank Dende that we are at the beach and not the mountains. I would freeze!" (Goten) *You mean thank Dende we were at the beach cause if we were at the mountains or some cold landscape, you would never have taken your shirt off! Have I ever told you that you looked good in that outfit?* "Well that's just great, moms going to kill me." "huh? why?" "Oh, well see my mom told me not to ruin this shirt. She's going to have a fit! Well, I guess it’s mostly my fault that it got dirty in the first place, right?" "Yeah Goten, you got to be more careful" "Me? You should see my father." "I guess your right." "I'm right?" Goten was shocked. "Yes, you are, geez Goten! You have a low self-steam" "You've got to have more confidence in yourself" *What the hell am I talking about?! Confidence? I don't even have confidence in myself, what makes me tell someone else that? Especially him?* "Goten?" (Bra) "hum?" (Goten) "Were did you get that necklace?" (Bra) "This?" Goten held up the necklace while asking. "Yeah" "I got this when...I'm not sure" "What do you mean, you don't know?" "I dunno" "Who gave it to you?" "I told you I don't know" "oh well I guess we'll ask someone about that later, but do you want..." "Want to?" "Want to play in the water?" "The sun is still up, I guess." "Race you!" "Don't think so!" Goten splashes Bra. "Hey!" "What?" "This!" splashes Goten. "No fair!" "To Bad" Bra flips her hair back. Goten took off his shirt, dives under water and starts swimming towards her. In an instant he was there. He wrapped his arms around her belly. He had planned on pushing her under water, but quickly changed, when he realized how peaceful he felt in the position. She felt so warm and protected when close to him. At first she was startled because she thought she might get splashed again. When there was no other move he made, she got off the alert and sunk into his chest. She felt so warm and turned to look at him one more time before she laid her head down sideways. To face the sun. His heart skipped a beat as she made a pillow out of his chest. She looked so fragile and innocent. With the sun facing her, her eye’s sparkled. He caressed her hair in a rhythm that was so gentle and soft. He held her tighter so he could smell her hair and see if her heart was skipping beats and going faster like his was. And indeed it was. Then and there she had noticed that there was a reason for it all. Normally for her getting to like a guy it took a while, but with Goten didn‘t. She knew she was in love, deeply. He noticed that there was a light coming from her. A special light that he hadn’t seen before. There were now two lights. He was trying to make out weather the light was coming from him or her. She had also noticed the bright light and pushed herself off him to see were it was coming from. "BRA!" Goten screamed, while pointing at her. "GOTEN!" Bra did the same, but pointed to him. "LOOK!" they both said at the same time and then looked down their chest to were the other was pointing to. "What's going on Goten?" "I have no Idea" The pendant's on their necklaces were the cause of the light. Bra was trying to figure out how and why did this happen. She didn’t remember messing her brothers life up today. Neither did she remember cursing at Dende. So what could she have done wrong? Goten was also trying to come up with a solution. There were tree words that were stuck in his mind: empty, diamond, circle. What do they mean? "That's it!" (Goten) "What's it?" (Bra) "Bra, come closer." Bra stepped forward. When she was near enough, Goten grabbed the end of her necklace and grabbed his. He put his circular-diamond, inside the empty circle of her necklace. When he put the two together, there was a flash of light that could blind any human. Fortunately for them they were saiyan’s. Now what used to be two necklaces was now one. They heard voices coming from within the necklace, but they couldn’t make out what they were saying. There was another light, but now they were somewhere else. They were breathing under Water! The whole plot of it was just so catchy. I needed more info on it and I looked and looked and finally I found some sites with it. This FANTASTIC Anime is non other than DN Angel. If you don’t know what it’s about then I suggest you look for info on it. It is new and there are not many people who know about it, but the ones who do I consider them being the lucky ones. No I did not lose my loving other Anime favorites just because I found a new one! On my favorite list are: (starts from the first one I saw or heard to the newest) DBZ: The first Anime I have ever seen, I will probably never grow tiered of this one. Pan, Trunks, Goten, Bra, Gohan, 18, Vegeta (I could go on you know). Tenshi Muyo: (a very funny plot: goes to cave, wakes demon, princesses, police, And my fav. of all of them. The intelligent, Mad Scientist Genius, non other than Washu! Life for Tenshi is not that pleasant, I mean living with so many girls and each of them like you, complicated? Plus! Evil people wanting the sword, Secrets, and many other things. Kind of reminds you of Kenshi, get it? Kenshi, Tenshi? They share so many similarities, lifestyle.) This is currently on Toonami so watch it! Oh! My Goddess! (Lucky Kenshi! One call doesn’t get you pizza, but Three Sister Goddesses! I am making my own collection of books on this. Well staring to. I really don‘t know allot about this, but I‘m trying to get it.) Outlaw Star: (What would the list do without this show? Who here likes this? *raises hand* What a job or company "Starwind and Hawking Enterprise" One job starts this story. Jene an Outlaw, lives with Jim, until a job is assigned that will change his past fear of space. Real Good Anime! Recommended. Ranma 1/2: Now where do I start? Hell ok, I stumbled onto this Anime when I was on vacation in Peru. Wish I stayed longer they had this show on! I didn’t quite get it though. I came back and searched. Found it! Boy changes into girl, by a curse of some magical water. Finds out that he has to marry a girl who is a tomboy that absolutely despises MEN! He knows Martial Arts and a ton of other things. Finds out that there are other victims of the magical water. There is a show, but unfortunately the U.S. does not have it yet. I found out from a friend that Ranma 1/2 is as popular as DBZ in other countries and that there are more people buying merchandise on it! I read one of the books, the first one, I wanna read more! Card Captors Sakura: Do doubt, I really don’t know, I have never seen the first episode, but the others were really interesting. It’s so cute! DN Angel: Daisuke, a normal boy growing up in a normal neighborhood....WRONG. Daisuke is nothing near normal or at least his life isn’t. On his 14 B-day he is rejected by Risa, finds out that he can transform into the legendary Thief Dark Mousy, is assigned a task to steal something (from his mother), and on top of that finds out that a class mate of his wants to catch Dark. Dark is everything Daisuke ever wanted to be, lets face it Dark even has the girl that Daisuke likes, that's Risa. Fortunately Dark does not like Risa but likes her TWIN SISTER! That would be Riku, Riku is the opposite of Risa in everyway, but looks. Risa has longer hair than Riku. Later we find that Satoshi (the guy that wants to catch Dark) also can change into.....Krad. What or Who Krad is, that my listeners your going to have to find out for yourself! Interested? If you wanna know more just look below and visit!
