Open Thine Eyes- Chapter 2

We left off when the inner and outer scouts had just decided they would go to the Ki Ski park over the weekend but they don't know that all of them are going. Serena has been having a strange dream that some shadow is trying to take something from her and that dream is taking all of her energy. So now continue with the adventure.....
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

   Honk! Honk! The car blasted from outside of Serena's house. It was Friday and Serena was just collecting the last of her things.
  "Why am I going?" she thought. "Why, when I'm, feeling so terrible am I going on a 3-day ski trip. Oh yeah, Darien" she smiled briefly before Rini slammed the door open to their room and screamed at her.
  "Serena C'mon! Everbody's already here and ready to go!"
  "Alright I'm coming. Let's go. Bye Luna! " A very dissapointed Luna and Artemis sat on Serena's bed and said Goodbye. They always got left behind on the fun trips.
  Outside the girls were fighting on the seating arrangements in the tiny sports car when Serena and Rini walked outside.
  "Hi everybody" said Serena.
  "Hey. How are you feeling?" asked Mina as Darien walked over to Serena and took her bag for her.
  "Oh, Much better." she lied.
  "That's great!" said Lita, then she turned around to Raye and Mina and started arguing again. "My legs are longer I should sit up front!"
   "No I need to because I just do!" shouted Raye.
  "Hey, Hey!" shouted Darien then he calmly said, "Let's let Serena and Rini sit up front with me and you four can sit in the back.
   "Fine." all the girls said as they mumbled things under their breath.
   "So are we gonna go or what?" he asked.
  They all got in the car and prepared for the long 2 hour drive to the ski park.

A dark creature scurried along the floor of a gloomy cave and stopped when it reached a mysterious shadow.
  "Have you discovered their location?" the shadow asked.
  "Yes master." the creature whispered back.
  "Good, good now go and prepare the machine. I go once again to the princess today. She will give it to me or she will lose her family."
  The creature giggled.
  "or she will give it to me and lose her family. It depends on the mood I'm in. Now go! Do my bidding!!" the shadow screamed this so loud that the walls shook and the creature scurried off.

The group reached the Ki Ski resort and the four in the back were only to glad to get out and strech. Afterwards they went to the office and checked in. They were all pleased that they got one of the cabins close to the ski lift and food court. They hurried over to take a look at the cabin. They were each given a key, except for Rini, but Serena gave her the key and let her open the door. She didn't have the strength to open the door anyways.
  So Rini opened the door and they all rushed in excited.
  "Woah! What a jip!" yelled Lita.
  "Now I see why they were half off!" replied Raye.
  "Isn't this against the fire law?" asked Ami.
  "Well we can deal." said Mina and she shrugged her shoulders. All the other inner scouts gave her a menacing look.
  The cabin was a one room cabin with 2 beds and a tiny love seat. There was a small kitchen unit in the corner and the tiniest of showers in the other. Other than that there were a few books in the bookcase next to the door, two windows, and a rug. Oh yeah there were a couple of extra pillows and blankets.
  "I'm not sleeping on the floor!" yelled Rini.
  "It's alright honey you don't have to." stated Serena. "I'll sleep on the floor. I'm used to it cause you push me off our bed a lot anyways."
  "Honey!?" thought everyone to themselves.
  "Oh, haha! Well where will everybody else sleep?" asked Rini.
  "Well they're pretty decent sized beds." said Lita "I guess two of us can share one."
  "Alright, Ami and Raye share one and I'll share one with you Lita." said Mina.
  "And I'll sleep on the floor also" stated Darien.
  "Good now that that's settled lets's go have some fun!" screamed Mina.
  "Yeah. Let's go!" replied Rini.
  They all rushed out ready to hit the slopes.
