(Cont) March Mayhem: Allan Bales and Marilyn Davis have met to discuss this event planned for March 18, 2008 from 9 p.m. to midnight at the Nassau Valley Vineyards. The jazz band will perform from 8-9 p.m. and the Funsters are tentatively scheduled for the remainder of the evening. There will be a beer and wine cash bar, light refreshments and a possible silent auction. Ticket prices are estimated at $30 per person. Volunteers are needed and Allan requested anyone interested to contact him directly on his cell: 302-344-2021. Moe�s Night: Lisa Thorp has scheduled with Moe�s for Wednesday, October 17th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Music Boosters will receive 10% of all food sales. Students are asked to help with drinks and cleaning tables. Barry will check to see if the jazz band is available to play at the entrance during this time. Possible Shirt Order: Lisa Bales checked with Savoy�s for shirt prices. Short sleeve polos are $15 each for sizes x-small through 2 XL and long sleeve are $20 each. An order form will be sent home with the students. Senior Night: Julie Wilson is prepared for Senior Night to be held on November 2nd. Dan Cook has been secured for pictures and Allan Bales has volunteered to announce. New Business T-shirts: Lisa Thorp suggested that all of the band students have the same t-shirt to wear under their uniform. A suggested logo was presented to those in attendance and will also be given to the students for their suggestions. For our logo, there will be a one time $50 set-up fee. T-shirt pricing is $6.50 each and $7.50 for the girls cut. Trailer Inspection: Darrell Dukes noted that IRS form 501C can be completed and the trailer inspection will be at no charge. Christie Pierson will secure this form for next year. Heidi Dukes announced her participation in the Southern Delaware Choral Society performance at Eagle�s Nest on Saturday, December 8th at 7:30 p.m. Ticket prices are $25.00 per person and can be purchased directly from Heidi, Browseabout Books in Rehoboth and Puzzles in Lewes. The symphony will also perform. Fund Specification: Barry Eli and Bob Wingo both agreed that a specific fundraiser for the general account and the money received could go for a special project, such as equipment, shirts or something like that. Publicity: Diaz Bonville will continue to handle publicity for the Music Boosters. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
