Music Boosters Minutes: June 9, 2008 Call to Order: 7:00 p.m. Welcome: President Robert Wingo welcomed everyone and asked for all to sign in. Minutes: Minutes for May are available for anyone who needs them. A motion was made and seconded to accept minutes as presented. Treasurers Report: Christi Peirson reports that there is $569.21 in the General Fund. Student Account Report: Heidi Dukes has the student account balances posted for all. Current balance is $13,891.40 i n Treasurers and Student Account Report accepted as read. Directors Report Band: Barry Eli: Reports there are 82 sophomores and 33 freshmen for next year�s band there will be 130 if they all march Drum Majors selection will be made by Barry next. Wednesday Chorus: Gail Kelso was not present for meeting. President Report: Robert Wingo - Nothing to report Old Business: State Fair Parking: Lisa and Pj report that sign ups are filling up. Calls will be made to parents and students to fill dates. If interested in helping to call contact either Lisa or PJ. Strawberry Sale was very successful. Retirement Event plans are coming along nicely. Committee has worked hare to pull it together. New Business: Chuck Gooding and Bob Wingo are thinking of BBQ. Four dates are available but August 2 and August 23 were chosen. Pizza Party will be during band camp 08/14/2008 and is being planned.
