Darryl Dukes requested any ideas that can be forwarded to Gail for fundraising that can be done very quickly. Most of the choir students did not participate in the fundraising, since they did not think that they would be going on a field trip this year. Some suggestions mentioned were spaghetti dinner, silent auction, Chinese auction, and a raffle. A comment was made in regards to the concern about fundraising information being given to the choir students. P.J. Hopkins stated that all students, both band and choir, are contacted with the phone tree. Robert Wingo noted that we, as a group, provide multiple fundraising opportunities throughout the year. If there are parents concerned with the information being given from the choir director, they should contact her directly.
