Students: Tommy Wooding, Patrick Wooding, Elyse Palmer, Shawn Palmer, Doug McGirk, Alyssa Steele, Chris Mumford. A special thanks goes to Tyrone Woodyard as he opened the bus barn for us and on the coldest day, he even fired up the heater to help us stay warm. March Mayhem: We are starting to get some donations in. Next meeting was to be December 13th but we need to reschedule. If anyone is interested in helping: call Alan Bales at 644 1387, or 344- 2021 Krista Scudlark has donations for the silent auction. Robert Wingo will get the form to Alan so we can get the event publicized in the papers. NEW business: Nic-o-bolis: This fundraiser will go out in January. We need a chairman. Mary Simonson volunteered to chair this after the meeting. Next Monday night at the concert, we may need assistance removing the risers and setting up for the band during the intermission. Several people volunteered to help. Trailer Ads: Darrell was approached by someone who is interested in placing an ad on the trailer. At this time, we do not have anyone in charge of this. It was mentioned that it is a really easy job to do. If interested in doing this, please contact either Darrell or Bob. Clothing Sales: There are clothing and other items for sale here tonight. If interested see Marilyn Davis and she will take your order. Relay for Life: A question was asked about Relay for Life. We did not participate last year. If interested, we need an adult to organize. Concert apparel: Jazz: all black Choir and Band: black and white. Trip Payment: Friday December 15th: The next payment is due. Heidi will take it out of the accounts if there is money there. There is no need to call her to tell her. The next amount is $100.00. PJ Hopkins will get the phone tree calling about this payment. There is no need to call choir as they are not going on the trip. Question about changing the trip to Thursday night instead of Friday? It was explained that there will be a cost change if we change the date of departure. Question about the last date to drop as a chaperone? Barry will have to look this up.
