(Continued0 New Business Joe Corbi�s Carol Moore will chair this event which will take place mid-September. Bob Wingo will forward all information to her. Football Chaperones A sign up sheet for football chaperones is available. We will need 8-10 parents for the buses. Home games may be changed to be held at the opposing team�s field until our field is ready. More information to come soon. Pizza Party The pizza party will be held on August 15th. Freda Burton has secured Grotto Pizza, Nicolas, Miltonian Pizzaria and Dominoes (Milton) for donations. Volunteers were secured to pick up the pizza at all location except Grotto�s who will deliver. The following people volunteer to transport pizzas for the vent: Yvonne Lallier, Barbara Brown, Dorothy Kneipp, and Kim Warren. Marilyn Davis has secured a drink donation from Lewes Dairy. Parent Letter A letter will be composed to go home to all parents, inviting them to attend music booster meetings. A presentation will also be given during 9th grade orientation. Band Camp Picnic The picnic will not be held this year due to lack of facilities. All previous supporters have been notified and will hopefully contribute next year. A final performance has not yet been confirmed. New Parents Heidi Dukes explained student accounts and where money is allocated in regards to general or individual student accounts. Working the fundraisers may allow a child to attend the field trip with no out of pocket expenses. A schedule of payments for the trip should be available soon. Any payments made in cash can be refunded; however, any earned money in student accounts will not be refunded. Community Service Hours Students who earn 30 hours of community service will receive a star to wear on their uniform. All 9th grade parents were welcomed as a part of our group and encouraged to participate. Robert Wingo reported that Christie Pierson will be our liaison for the 9th grade campus this year. She will make sure that all necessary information is sent to the schools to make sure that students and parents are notified in a timely manner. Committee Sign-Up Sign-up sheets are available for all committees. A list of all committees and current volunteers will be attached. Please contact the chairperson noted for each event or a board member to volunteer. Robert Wingo noted that we are one of the largest booster organization in the Cape Henlopen School District.
