The Stallion:
Ballad WMA+/ was graciously given to me by Alex upon her leave from HF. C&H is very excited about embarking on a new experience with this beautiful champion. Ballad was gelded after the 2002 Arabian Nationals.

Ballad is a very accomplished horse. He has amazing motion, both in saddleseat and dresage, and has the show record to prove it - He is the 2001 Triple Crown Winner in Country English Pleasure Driving Junior Horse, and the 2000 Triple Crown Winner in English Pleasure Jr. Horse! He also has Championships and Reserve Championships in Training Level Dressage, so we may just be able to pursue the sporthorse side of his talent further. Ballad just came back to WMA after Alex sold him to Diana, recently. He is one of DJN Baraka Sharziz's most successful foals and has been a consistent winner for WMA. He has won two Triple Crowns in Saddleseat in 2001 & 2000, and will no doubt come home with several National titles this year at Nationals. C&H has confidence that he will continue winning for us.

The Lineage:
Ballad's sire is a very accomplished show horse as well as sire. He is sired by the beautiful *Baraka Aziz, who unfourtunately passed away, but was a great dressage and hunter horse before his death. Ballad's dam is the lovely Scottish Rose, dam of WA Scottish Light++, The 2000 National Champion Senior Stallion. Scottish Rose was the 2000 Reserve National Champion Prix St.George and garnered 3 Top Tens in Halter and Produce of Dam.
