The Mare:
WA Sayyidah is a lovely mare, with absolutely gorgeous movement. She is extremely typey, with dark eyes and a pretty head. Will be an EXCELLENT Sporthorse, when she moves, she hardly touches the ground. She has also proven herself as a broodmare, especially when the famous C&H/WA cross is made. Being very athletic, we were not surprised when Sayyidah brought in championship and reserve after another in her respective disciplines, but she has proven herself worthy in the halter classes as well. She topped the ring with the 2004 Salon du Cheval Five Year Old Mare CHAMPION and 2004 Salon du Cheval Junior Mare WORLD RESERVE CHAMPIONSHIP.

The Lineage:
Sayyidah WA is one of the beautiful horses to be given to me by Alex upon her leave. WA Sayyidah, bred by Windblown Arabians, has a great pedigree. She is sired by the 2000 Reserve National Champion Show Hack Open & 2001 Scottsdale Top Ten Sho Hack Open, Baraka Shams. Baraka Shams' sire is the beautiful *Baraka Aziz, who unfourtunately passed away, but was a great dressage and hunter horse before his death. Baraka Shams' dam is the lovely Colorado Sunset, a Reserve National Champion in Halter. WA Sayyidah's dam is one of Windmere's most accomplished show mares, Mistral++++//. Mistral++++// has several National Championships to her credit, some of which include: 2001 Reserve National Champion Senior Mare,2001 Reserve Supreme Champion Mare,2001 Unanimous National Champion Sporthorse In-Hand Mare,2001 Unanimous National Champion Hunter Pleasure Open, 2001 Reserve National Champion Third Level Dressage and 2001 Unanimous National Champion Hunter Hack.
