The Mare:
WA Nimbus is an incredible horse with an incredible attitude. Named for the halos or clouds of light depicting in paintings around the heads of saints, WA Nimbus is saintly herself and sunshine seems to prefer to linger on her coat and dazzle those who view her. True to her lineage, she is surely to be a champion in anything she tries. As a racehorse, she shows a massive amount of potential, and has been bringing in breathtaking workout times on the track. She is not as competitive as her C&H racing partners, but she definitely gives a run for their money in the homestretch with a blinding burst of speed that can overtake even the most seasoned racehorse. We have high hopes for this mare as part of our racing string, and believe she will bring many wins to our stable.

WA Nimbus leaves nothing left to want in conformation and attitude. She is fiery yet intelligent, light in frame and foot yet athletic, refined with a gorgeous glossy coat yet willing and able to get the job done and done well. When she is retired from racing, she looks to be a definite prospect as a sporthorse and certainly eventually a broodmare.

The Lineage:
We are thrilled to finally have a mare that is a granddaughter of the esteemed and legendary Right On The Money++, foundation sire for Windblown Arabians. His son, Winning Streak++++//, is an amazing stallion with an incredible show and siring record. He has helped to set the bar for Arabian stallions in HF, and is well-known and needs no introduction. C&H has long been a fan of him, and we finally have one of his foals. Her dam, Baskin, is a pure Polish black beauty. Her refinement is something to be envied, and she has established a modest career as a halter horse. Baskin is well-bred, as you can see, and WA Nimbus should prove Baskin's success as a racehorse broodmare. A special thanks to Chelsea of Windblown LTD. for specially breeding these two amazing horses together for C&H to obtain the lovely WA Nimbus.
